英文名稱: English Literature I ;
授課目的： This course is aimed at introducing students with the classic works of English Literautre, ranging from fourteenth-century Middle English Literature to Modernist Literature of the twentieth century. This is a two-semester course, and we shall divide the course into two parts. The first semester will cover works from Middle English literautre to the eightennth-century Literautre. During the second session, we shall continue the literary works up to the Modernist period. ;
