授課目的： This series of methodology course aims to introduce students to the research methods which can be used in business research and organizational life. Research Methodology entails issues in introduction to the scientific methods, hypothesis development and testing, research design, measurement, scale development, sampling, data collection, analysis, interpretation, and evaluation of research work, etc.;
教學模式： 1. Lectures are guided by tutorials and group discussion.
2. Students are required to present on a particular issue or journal articles/book chapter (group-based approach).
3. Group journal article project refers to carry out research design.
4. The outlines of individual midterm and final presentations should be carried out on a particular issue in line with term paper topic.

成績計算方式： 1. Group Journal Article Presentation: 15%
2. Group Project Presentations: 15%
3. Individual Midterm Term Paper Presentation: 25%
4. Individual Final Term Paper Presentation: 25%
5. Class Participation + Learning Attitude: 20%
