授課目的: Seminar on Organizational Behavior investigates individual behaviors, group interactions, and the fundamental and critical issues in organization research. This course will cover individual, group/team, and organizational levels from the disciplines originated from psychology, sociology, anthropology, politics, etc. This course emphasizes an experiential approach to the study of individuals within the context of the organization as well as how and why their attitudes and behaviors influence organizational;

授課目的: This series of methodology course aims to introduce students to the research methods which can be used in business research and organizational life. Research Methodology entails issues in introduction to the scientific methods, hypothesis development and testing, research design, measurement, scale development, sampling, data collection, analysis, interpretation, and evaluation of research work, etc.;
教學模式: 1. Lectures are guided by tutorials and group discussion.
2. Students are required to present on a particular issue or journal articles/book chapter (group-based approach).
3. Group journal article project refers to carry out research design.
4. The outlines of individual midterm and final presentations should be carried out on a particular issue in line with term paper topic.
