This is an introductory level course dealing with the properties and behavior of fluids in usual civil engineering applications. The fundamental principles of conservation laws (mass, momentum and energy) are introduced and applied to applications on unsteady flows. Further, the turbulent models applied for the geophysical science are also introduced.
